RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY
All returns and exchanges are processed through our online portal. Click here for access.
TIMING
Returns and exchanges must be filed within 7 days of the order and only items in new condition will be accepted. Returns and exchanges that are received after the 30 day grace period will receive a refund in the form of store credit.
ITEM CONDITION
Items must be in new condition, free of any use such as stains, deodorant marks, perfumes/sprays, makeup, dirt, rips/cuts, animal hair, salt sweat stains, etc. If an item is discontinued or was a one-time seasonal or event-specific item, exchange may not be possible due to lack of inventory. All clearance items are final and not eligible for returns or exchanges.
PROCESSING TIME
Please allow up to 10 business days for returns and exchanges to be fully processed once received at our facility.
RESTOCKING FEE
A $15.00 restocking fee will be deducted from the original order total. MADART does not refund the original shipping cost to the customer.
DEFECTED PRODUCTS
If you receive a defective product, please reach out to our support team with your order number, the item that is damaged, and pictures of the damage. Our team will contact you to arrange for a replacement.
STEPS FOR RETURNS/EXCHANGES
To exchange or return a product, please follow the steps outlined on our returns/exchange portal. Items shipped to our fulfillment center without a proper RMA will not be processed by our staff. We must be aware of the incoming package.
DISCONTINUED AND SPECIALTY ITEMS
If an item has been discontinued or was a one-time seasonal or event-specific item, exchange may not be possible due to limited inventory. All clearance items are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges.
SHIPPING COSTS
MADART does not refund original shipping costs. Any returns will incur a $15.00 restocking fee, deducted from the original order total.
